Services rendered by the company to employers:

 Based on request of employers and recruitment companies in the Arab countries, Al-Anwar Company sources the required jobs by using:

-CVs available in computer.

-Customers of the company available all over governorates of the republic.

-Advertisements published in the official Egyptian newspapers at the expense of the employer.

1-                 Our company shall be a mediator between you and the employees applied to you. Coordination shall be made with you and them to fix times for their interviews, your representatives and our technical committee to select the suitable candidates for each job. This is done in the head office of our company in Cairo at the address outlined below.

2-                 After concluding an agreement with the employees, the company follows up the employee on preparing his papers, certificates, receiving the passports, and under a power of attorney given to us from you we finalize the visas in the consulate in time, and hand over them to the concerned employees, and help them up to the date of traveling to the place of work in the period fixed by you.

3-                 The company gives the employees their air, sea or land-tickets. We receive the value from you with fees after the employee arrives his place of work (as per agreement).

4-                 The company shall attest the educational qualifications of the employees who have been tested, and drawing their attention to hand over the same to you on arriving, in addition to the copy sent to you by us.

5-                 The company shall conduct a medication examination to the selected candidates and give them a copy of it to be given to you on arriving, in addition to the copy sent to you by us.

6-                 The company shall attest the contracts coming from you for each employee give him the original and send you a copy of it after getting it attested by the official concerned authorities.

7-                 The company shall help employees of your company to finalize the procedures of recruitment of their families, and solve all problems which they may encounter as a step taken by us to make the employees psychologically comfortable.

8-                 The company shall render the facilities to receive owners and VIPs of your company on their visit to Cairo, noting that the service of their reception is from inside the terminal in the airport, and finalize their entry procedures, and transporting them from the airport to the hotel or place where they live. Their booking shall be made through us, and we shall help them to finalize their orders in Cairo, in addition to work. This service is also given by us free of charge, except the expenses of residence and accommodation.

Services rendered by the company to the candidates

 who entered into contract to travel:

The company shall attest the educational qualifications and experience certificates of the candidates in the official concerned authorities.

The company shall send the candidates to the training centers o enrich their skill performance and guarantee their good performance.

The company shall attest the employment contracts of the candidates in the Ministry of Manpower and consulate to which the employer belongs.

The company shall finalize the procedures of issue of visas related to recruitment of families and their traveling arrangements.
